QIGONG's documented manufacturing route begins with material identification and incoming review. CNC cutting prepares parts for forming and fixture-based assembly.

Robotic welding is used for suitable repeatable seams, while skilled manual welding addresses geometry and access that require greater flexibility. Machining establishes critical bores, faces, and interfaces after the welded structure is controlled. Surface preparation and coating follow the approved finish requirement.

Dimensional, weld, machining, surface, and final checks are placed through the route rather than left to the end. Made-to-drawing orders receive drawing-based verification before packaging and delivery preparation.
