Robotic welding can maintain repeatable speed, current, voltage, and torch movement across suitable batch work. This helps stabilize heat input and weld appearance on repeatable seams.
The robot does not correct poor component preparation or inaccurate positioning. Fixtures, part consistency, fit-up, calibration, programming, and parameter review remain essential. Complex corners and short or changing seams may still require skilled manual welding.
QIGONG uses robotic and manual processes according to component geometry, batch conditions, and approved welding requirements, combining repeatability with flexibility for made-to-drawing work.
